How To Make Feather Eyes

So I don't know if you would call these feather eyes or something else but they are a super great idea for almost any costume that you are planning on.

So the first step would be to buy the feathers that you need, yes obviously but still worth mentioning.

The next thing you are going to need is eyelash adhesive. There are those of the opinion that Duo surgical adhesive from MAC works better, but either will do the job.

A word of caution about glitter-use only cosmetic grade glitter, decoction glitter can damage the skin.

Next decide how you want to arrange the feathers and cut wherever needed.

Put some adhesive on each feather and press gently onto the skin.
