Georgiou Armani Prive – Nicole Kidman – Feather Fashion 2017

I have always liked a lot of orange in my clothing, I feel there is some thing positive about the color.

It would seem that this year Georgiou Armani felt that way about their spring summer fashion line. Nothing wrong with some good positive vibes in the fashion world.

Also orange is most definitely a great color for the summer time, if not for all the time.

Take a look at these great vibe feather designs from Armani that you can wear out at night, after you spent the day on the beach of course.

And what dos this have to do with Nicole Kidman you ask?

Well I am not 100% sure my self but she was there wearing one of their dresses also.

Feather Bell Bottoms – The Next Big Fashion Craze

Don’t forget that you heard it here first.

The world went from bell bottoms, to baggy pants, and then to skinny jeans.

Soon, and I mean really soon we will see bell bottoms come back into fashion. The only question is what is going to be different about the bell bottoms this time.

The only feather trim bell bottoms that I was able to find in line was the picture you see below.

But how much cooler could they be?

Just imagine one of these two pairs of bell bottoms, just with real feather trim on the bottoms.

Do you see what am saying? No one is doing this yet and you can be the first.

Ok so now when you make your millions off this idea, just don’t forget where you heard it from first.

Alexander Mcqueen Feather Dresses 2017

Alexander Mcqeen was a British fashion designer who lived from 1969-2010.

Before he decided to take his own life by hanging himself he won the British designer of the year award four times, very unfortunate right?

Some times you look at some one and think that they got it all, but then they hang themselves. It seems he was taking a lot of drugs and was very unhappy, but still.

Anyway his company lives on, and this year his creative director showed off these stunning feather dresses.

I just need to point out how similar they are to the kind that Char wore back in the day.

I have written before my spiral theory, that everything goes in a circle, including fashion trends. The same things come back but always on a new level.

Wow I need to see if they have feather bellbottoms.

FEATHER TRIMMED MEN’S WEAR BY NABIL VOLKERS FOR SPRING / SUMMER 2017

Nabil Walker is a fashion designer from Malaysia who just launched his first line of men’s clothing.

Dark and sporty with feather trim, this new designer is most definitely something different.

He started out as a photographer, but he was so involved in what the models were wearing that he felt the need to put out his own line.

He is a bold and talented designer, off to a very nice start.

DHgate.com Feather Dresses

So I am sure that a lot of you know about DHgate.com, but actually I know nothing about the web site.

It seems that its trying to be something like E-bay. I just tried buying something from there using my cell phone and I could not figure it out.

What they do have are a lot of really nice feather dresses for sale and I thought that I would show a bunch of them to you.

These dresses all ranged in price from $150 - $320.

There are some really stunning and fancy ones that are made for weddings and proms.

And of course there are those that are simple but still stunning.

This last one was actually sold out. It’s a mermaid style dress. I thought that was awesome.

Cynthia Rowley – Party Girl – Feather Dresses

 Really not dresses, but just a skirt.

So really I don’t know Cynthia but I think we would get along great.

The only reason that I say that is because what I read about her crazy party she put on for the New York Fashion Week.

She made it look like a teenage girls sleep over party after a crazy pillow fight.

White down feathers flying every where and stunning models dressed to kill, but in very casual style and light clothing.

Sounds like my kind of girl Cynthia Rowley.

So I was going to look for feather dresses but in the end I found this cute feather skirt.

Simple but stunning.

How To Create Amazing Feather Dresses

I know that we have written before about how to make your own feather dresses, but these two pictures that I just saw inspired me to write another one.

Bothe of these dresses are stunning and yet easy to make.

Well at least to attach the feathers is easy, I cant say about making the actual dress.

But maybe if you just make a slip on dress from a piece of spandex you could create whole thing from scratch.

The secret to making such amazing dresses your self is to use feather fringe.

Just imagine a mini skirt covered with these awesome blue feathers, and its really not hard to do.

All you need to do is Attach the fringe along the width of the skirt, in over lapping rows from the bottom up.

If you are doing this on a spandex or other stretch material, make sure to attach the fringe loosely enough so that it will still fit.

If you are looking for something with a bit less feather flare, you can try something like this second dress.

For this type of style all you nee to do is attach the fringe to the inside of the hem at the bottom of the skirt and sleeve ends.
